frame mounted booster and master cylinder

I want a smooth firewall. Has anyone mounted a brake booster and master cylinder to the frame rail? I've seen kits that include a brake pedal. Just looking for some feedback.

my buddy has a 66 chevy truck and its that way originally. might just need to grab one that way and adapt it. summit sales them as well.
