The Spare Tire Mount Has been sold.

I have a spare tire mount. I did not use it but purchased it with a 68-72 step side fender. Asking $100. All I know about it is what you see in the pictures. Note - I use a wide angle lense, so some straight items look curved - such as the long bracket things bolt onto to is actually straight.

Here are two pictures I have seen on this forum showing a short bed mount and a long bed mount. I will look Sunday afternoon and see if I can tell the difference.

I took some more pictures and it looks like the spare tire holder is for a short wheel base bed as the mount is higher than the bed itself. I also looked and you can make two angle iron brackets and mount it separate from the fender. The last two pictures shows how you could do this - I used the left bracket on both the left and the right side to show an example. Remember, this will still be higher than the bed, unless you lower the bracket placement on the truck.
