You can buy them separately; talk to the local parts place & get them to let you check out the performance section of their catalog. Crane offers the complete kit and also just the limiter plate. I don't remember what they get for it as my kit came with the plate, but I think it was under $10. The plate came with a separate intsruction sheet even though it was in the adjustable vacuum canister kit, a sure sign of the fact that they'll sell it separately.
