VHX Dakota Digital Set Up - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

When we started the set up we had both LCD reading Set Up and then the left LCD went blank?
I have dis connected power, on/off switch #1, can not get the left screen to display Set Up,

Where do we go from here?

Check your grounds and then call DD.

Yes defective cluster, was not happy with the five day turn around, but it is now up and working.
We are having a bit of trouble with their natural safety , gear sender.
We have replaced two relays and two relay plugs, triple checked all wiring on the starter circuit and it would not work.
We now have it working BUT did not find anything that contributed to it finally working.... so I am not entirely convinced that it will ALWAYS work in park and natural!
Anybody else have any problems with there "safety" switch?
