Track bar frame mount
Anyone have a custom track bar frame mount or used something other than the factory bracket. I need to drop my track bar down a few inches on the frame side in order to reduce the angle on my track bar.

If you're a DIY'er, this info can build the whole enchilada (for up to 8" rear c-notch style drops)....

Thanks Scoti. Probably more than my fab skills are capable of. I'll probably sell the track bar I have now and invest in a PB bar when I do a C-notch.

Here's a few shots of mine. Pretty simple. I used a piece of diagonally sliced tubing to make the angle. It's a CPP track bar, now double adjustable, with a CPP bracket on the truck arm.

I am coming back to this now that I have redone part of my suspension. I am considering taking the rivets out of the current mount, installing some sort of spacer and remounting it to the frame with grade 8 bolts. Has anyone done this? My only concern is the force which would be applied to the bolts, especially considering the force will be applied 2-3" from the frame. I am thinking I could use a piece of rectangular tubing as the spacer.
