Looks like he has paid his Premium membership fees Orrie. Still should be in the classifieds but a lot of guys like me never check the classifieds.
Without a and detailed list of every new part in the engine and chassis you will probably have a hard time meeting that reserve. Hard core restorers are going to see the orange engine as a big turn off too.
