Lowering kit question

Going to order 4/6 drop from belltech for my 86 square. The options are for 1" rotor and 1 1/4 rotor. When I measured my rotor, it measured 1 1/8. Is this probably a 1 1/4 rotor that is worn down? Thanks

Re: Lowering kit question

Sounds like it has been turned more than they should have. I'll bet they were 1 1/4 at one time.

Re: Lowering kit question

What brake system is shown on your SPID label in the glovebox? What GVW rating?

The 1" rotor was used on the manual brake system and the lightest duty power system (JB3).

As a result it's pretty rare, so knowing nothing else I would guess you have the 1&1/4" rotor.

Brake system chart (for an '87, '86 would be the same) is attached.
