I think you'll really like it. I just completed a 600+ mile trip in the Texas sun last weekend, and the temp stayed rock solid on 185.

Ok I got the old one out and put all the fittings on the new one. Made new aluminum brackets for the daul fans and mounted the radiator back in the truck. Fits good and is all plumbed except for the upper hose. I need a new one the old one is to small for the top radiator mount.
The old radiator was leaking bad, you can see by the pictures.
Decided it wasn't worth polishing it up since it will mostly be covered up with the mount.
I may go back and polish the top of it though later.
Anyone have thoughts on upper hose?
I may turn those top mount bolts around to. After looking at the pictures they need to be reversed to clean it up some.

Some more pictures.
I went to Lowes and bought 2 peices of flat aluminum to make the brackets. I think they turned out nice. I also took and filed the corners down.
Hope to find a upper hose tomorrow and finish it up. Then Monday I can start on the pinion seal leak.

Just drove it about 5 miles, so far so good! Never went past 188 on the scan gauge are the mechanical gauge which is about 190*

What are you using to wire your fans in? What temperature range is your fan thermostat too? Looks really good.

Fans are wired through the ECU I don't know the exact temp they come on at. I'll have to ask. I have the one fan hooked to the AC switch so it run's the whole time the AC is on.

190 on 185 off. (looked at your tune from the time I grabbed it when I came to look at the settings for you)

can you tell me how to wire up the fan to run when the AC is on?

Shon you can do it several ways.

I have mine hooked up to the compressor hot wire that triggers the relay for the extra fan. I have 3 fans on mine. The one hooked to the ac only runs when ac is on. It's in front of the radiator.
Drove about 50 miles over to a small cruise in tonight and it ran fine no leaks and it never got over 190* with the AC running.

Does your factory top radiator support brackets still hold it tight enough? I ordered a different aluminum radiator, but looks exactly like yours and the top brackets don't seem to put much of a grip on the new radiator. The top of it is definitely different than the stock one.

I don't use the top factory mounts just the metal you see in the pictures. I bent it down so that it keeps the top pulled in tight against the foam sandwiched between the support and radiator. The foam makes the air pass through the radiator instead of going around it. Cools better.

I had a local metal shop make mine. You can buy them though also.
