1960 Chevy Headlight Conversion
Does anyone sell the headlight conversion (to have a replaceable H4/HB2 bulb) for the 1960 grille? Looks like it would require a 5.25" light but cannot find anything other than 7" round... Thanks
EDIT: Does the grille on a 1960 Chevy take a 5.75" light? Seems inside of retaining ring measures around 5.75"

Re: 1960 Chevy Headlight Conversion
The 60-61 grill does take the smaller diameter headlights.
I do know that TUCKERS Classic Car Parts sells the conversions.

Re: 1960 Chevy Headlight Conversion
I used Hella H006A low beam headlamps from Amazon.com. They fit perfectly after trimming the back of the silicone sealing boot, which can be seen on page 35, post 853 of my build thread. I don't drive that much at night, so I only upgraded the low beam bulbs and they made a huge improvement.
Amazon.com: HELLA 002850811 135mm H4 High/Low...
