hello everybody,
i am new to this forum. just sold my 71 boattail and looking for a new project. gotta be a C10/C20 but hav e some problems deciding if its gonna be a Pickup, Panel or Suburban. got 3 short questions: chassis parts of a C10 and C20 are they the same? 4link, spindels, springs? chassis parts c10 truck and Suburban/Panel the same? can you replace the grill of 65 GMC for a 65Chevy C10? hope you can give me a answer will make my choice a lot easier. greetz Willem |

There are some differences in the C10 and C20. One is 6 lug one is 8 lug. Spindles, springs, brakes and lots of other stuff different. The C10 truck, panel and burb are mostly the same. But there was a rear leaf spring option on the Chevy's like the GMC's had. The grills will swap. I have a GMC grill in my 65 Chevy. Just had to drill a hole or two.
