Speedo and Gauge rebuilder?

Hi - Can anyone recommend a good shop for rebuilding/restoring my speedometer and gauge cluster.
I'd like a restoration shop that can correctly calibrate the speedo for my wheel/tyre combo and one that can modify the gauge cluster to have the correct ranges for my engine.

Thanks in advance for any help

Mack

Jim Carter rebuilds clusters. You can buy an inline adapter for different gear ratios and tire sizes.

Re: Speedo and Gauge rebuilder?

Tom did great work but unfortunately had decided to discontinue operations.

Re: Speedo and Gauge rebuilder?

Thanks for your replies. I'd already sent Classic gauge and cluster an email as I'd seen his work. Hopefully he'll get set up in a new shop at some point in the future as that's some lovely work.

Thanks PaulspickupParts- I'll look into Jim Carter 👍🏻

Re: Speedo and Gauge rebuilder?

I used Auto Instruments, Martinsville, VA. I had them do a mechanical refurbishment, nothing on the cosmetics. They fixed my '59 cluster up, working good now.
