Not really. The front x-member & lower a-arm pivot point is the lowest thing up front but that doesn't become an issue until about 5+ inches of drop.

The 5" rear 'spring-only' drop will benefit from relocating the shocks so that they can work correctly. Check in the FAQ/Truck Tech section for several DIY solutions. Porterbuilt & No Limit have nice relocation kits if you want other options. Just don't swap in 'drop shocks' to the factory location. You want as much shock travel as possible w/the correct geometry for optimum ride quality.
