1984 C10 Lost all electrical
I have a 1984 C10. I started it up fine and went for a drive. Shut it off. Tried to start it again but heard a pop. Now it has no electricity at all. Even the lights don't work. Is there a fuse that controls all power or is there a bigger problem here?
Thanks! |

Most common cause of this symptom is the battery cables where they attach to the battery; that's where I'd start.

Then look at the fuseable link down at the starter/solenoid connections.

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate it. Battery was fully charged but was still bad. Got a new battery and now back to working. This group really is great!
