Dropped front spring question

I just put 4" dropped springs on the back of my 64. It sits right where I want it to. I bought a set of 2"dropped springs from the same company. These new springs were 2" shorter than stock (11.5" vs 13.5") and the same spring dia. Initially the front is sitting at stock height, approx. 18" from top of wheel well opening to center of spindle. Will these settle in after driving? Yes, they are seated in the top and bottom. Also, the left front spring is rubbing on the upper arm opening. Any thoughts on that issue? Thanks.
