78 Suburban Parts for Sale
I have a 1978 Suburban 2wd that I bought to take the 454 and TH-400 out of. It has some good parts on it if anyone is interested. The front Grill and Headlight Surrounds are in good condition. The truck is really rusty, however for some reason the hood is in excellent condition, i.e., no rust anywhere and I didn't notice any dents or dings in it. The front bumper is in excellent condition and has the bumper guards on it, no dents or pitting, chrome will polish right up. The rear bumper has one little ding in the left hand side, not a dent, chrome isn't too bad. It also has a tilt steering column that I will sell with the Ignition Key to match, less the steering wheel. All of the door glass and the tailgate glass are in good shape. The brake booster and brakes themselves seem to be in good shape as well, there was a receipt in the glovebox for some brake work done in 2000. I am located in Grand Rapids, MI (West side of the State). I still need to pull the 454 and the TH-400, however if someone who lives in this neck of the woods is interested in buying the whole truck I could hurry up and pull the engine and trans. If you are interested in any of these or other parts please email me at mhavanwyk@msn.com. Thanks!! Just a quick addition, I don't deal with parts for these 73-87 bodystyle trucks too often, so I don't really know what prices are reasonable for these parts. If you're interested in a part, just let me know what you think is a reasonable price.

Does the suburban have power locks? If so, how much do you want for the switches?
