Fresh air vent door knob ideas
I had to replace the foam on the fresh air vents in my 68. In the process, one the knobs or handles was cross threaded and when trying to reinstall correctly, it stripped out. I know I could just helicoil it or buy replacements, but I'm thinking of maybe having some custom knobs or handles made.
Has anyone made anything custom, and what did you do?

Snap-on stubby screwdriver handle, golf ball, c10 hotwheels, the options are limitless just matters how much time and money you want to put into it!

I didn't make them I just bought the same knobs as I installed on the dash.

After some searching, I think I may like to have a simple cylindrical shaft that slides on, then a simple round knob that threads into the shaft facing forward and works as a set screw.

Black Delrin Plastic, or polymer material.
