Mirror mirror on the truck, which one is best
So I am restoring my truck (C20 Deluxe medium green and white), and am rapidly getting ready to need mirrors for it. The truck originally had the DG4 option (from mounting holes left on truck). I had some ss aftermarket below the eye mirrors on the truck, and liked them, but they were pretty rusted. I plan on using the truck like a truck, but also will on occasion tow a trailer with tractors. I managed to score some original C60 west coast mirrors, but am not sure if I should use them. I have also located the wide camper style mirrors and a white painted DG4 set. Should I use one of these, or look for a ss dg4 option.

Re: Mirror mirror on the truck, which one is best
That's a tough question. Sometimes the mirrors that look the best work the worst. You have to make sure you don't have wing window interference on the passenger side.
If restoration is what you are going for I would say put the mirrors that came with it back on it. I don't know what all the mirrors you listed are without seeing a pic. I have several different styles of mirrors Ive saved over the years. The set that worked best are large head, large three point mounts. The mirror head can be pulled in closer to the cab, or swing out quite a ways for towing. There ya go ... no help at all lol
