Cpp control arms for a airbag

Hey folks I am think about ditching my cupped control arms on 72 for a set of cpp arms so I was wondering if anyone had a picture of the control arms for airbags cause all they could tell me is that it has provisions for the ride tech mounting brackets so I don't know if these will work with my DOM 2600 bag. And another thing before I make the purchase are they really worth the money cause I've heard that it will get the front a little bit lower.

Re: Cpp control arms for a airbag

I remember old threads about CPP a-arms for bags having a small area to mount the bag. Meaning,... you would have to run a 2500 bag up front to keep from rubbing the sides of the bag on the a-arm.
In my opinion there are better a-arms.
Porterbuilt or Ridetech would be my first choice.
No a-arm is going to get you lower than the cross shaft that is bolted to the crossmember.
This is the lowest point on these trucks.

You need to get a sectioned crossmember, z'd frame, or aftermarket crossmember like the Porterbuilt Dropmember, to get your suspension higher in the frame rails, to get the front lower to the ground.

They will work on 63-72 trucks also,... but you need to order them with the correct balljoints for the year of spindles you are using,... since balljoints are included,
