Re: Looking for my grandpas 72 Cheyenne...

No news on the truck front. Plans are to make my way up to where its located in March. I am planning on taking a stack of cash with me just in case.

Havent received any more pictures either.. They were supposed to send me some by now.

Also it seems as it was meant to be as easy as it was to find this truck. Its been a pretty emotional roller coaster ride, even though it has been a short one.

Hey, if they are not emotionally attached to it, and are treating it more as just a cool old truck (which it certainly is!) offer a trade. Find out what she likes, find one and offer a trade. You get your truck, she still has a cool old truck... everyone ends up happy!... It's worth a shot if she still doesn't want to sell it.

I was thinking the same thing.... worth a try but need to approach the subject carefully.

Not a bad idea... I know where there is a nice 71 4x4 for sale that I could easily purchase and offer in a trade...

Thanks for the idea, will update you on what they say.
