Try my luck on a fresh air door spring My hardware store in Marlow, OK sells this type of spring, but I'm not sure of the tension strength required to properly operate the fresh air door. Point being, springs are readily available, but we'd need the tension strength specs...in whatever units that is measured in...lbs/square inch? I'm an accountant, not an engineer.
