Windshield Wipers

What are you guys doing about getting just the blades that slide in/out of the wiper arm?

I buy the older "real rubber" ones at the swap meets. If they are too long I just remove the rubber, cut it down and put it in my original holders.

Yeah, I'm cheap....... They last a lot longer than the new junk though.

Re: Windshield Wipers

lock,

You and me both, but the proper term for people like us is frugal, not cheap. Cheap has an implied "dirtiness" to it, whereas frugal is more of a badge of honor. Any fool can be cheap, but takes a real miser to be frugal!!!
