Anybody have this seat in bright red in there truck?

My 72 is Black exterior with bright red interior.I am torn between the original bench seat and this 88-94 seat.I like the later model seat because it has a small fold down armrest. Can the late model be covered in vinyl Bright red?Which seat would have the most room behind the steering wheel?Any pictures of late model red seat in there c-10?

I believe the seats like the pic you showed are very difficult to recover. The seat cover is actually molded to the foam if I remember correctly

And just my two cents, but a refoamed and recovered original 67-72 bench is pretty dang comfortable

The foam is glued to the seat on that style like 68350 said. However they do offer a little more room as they aren't as thick.
