1985 Suburban 3/4T for parts - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 1985 3/4T Suburban for parts. I'd like to sell the whole thing complete instead of parting it out. Here are some specifics on the truck:

Price: ASKING $200/offer

Tires: Firestone Radial R4S LT 235/85R16 M/S 1/2-3/4 tread on three tires. The left rear has maybe 1/4 tread or so left.

No transmission crossmember.

The truck is missing the crossmember for the hanger bearing for the drive shaft.

Power windows. Pass front motor did not work. Does not have power door locks.

Right doors are salvageable. The bottom 4 or 5" would need to be replaced. The left doors are history.

Windshield is cracked.

Interior is all covered in a blue cloth. Cloth condition is fair with some minor tears and sun fading.

Has air and the previous owner said it worked.

Does not have tilt.

One other thing. As of 28 Jul 2003, I do not have a title for it. The previous owner is supposed to be sending it to me. I pulled his drivetrain out and put it in my 85 1/2 ton Sub I had on ebay last week.

It had a 350, but it was converted over to dual exhaust. It does not have the Y pipe.

I'd like around $2200 out of it. In the last couple of years, I'd put more than that into the engine and transmission having them rebuilt. The body on the truck is shot though.
