Barden bumper tags

Does anyone know if there is a reproduction of the red barden bumper tags? Does someone mind measuring the distance between the two mounting holes on theirs? Picked up a decent tagless bumper that I suspect is a barden, trimmed the arms (which were bent anyway) trying to decide about painting or just running the patina finish, but thought a barden tag would be cool. Thanks much

Re: Barden bumper tags

Looks like 2 11/16" between the holes.

There are several look alike Bardon style bumpers out there. I've found two but they are not Bardons. They have the same curves by the license area and one has a totally different mounting bracket.

Re: Barden bumper tags

Here it is, not sure if its Barden, pins for tag are still there on far right and they are 2 11/16" apart. This was not for this year truck it came off a 73 (and looked out of place on it too), the important measurements, between the tailgate, and frame bracket width was right so I took a chance on it. I had to trim out around the bed side area to get it close enough, and like I said trim the arms off. Its original color looks to be silver/gray, some black, some white, some rust, I might leave it that way. It hasn't been messed with, just the license plate holes, and the two 3/4" holes through both plates for a ball or pin set up or whatever. I will put on a ball and some kind of pin or clevis for safety chains to hook on the little dump trailer and it will work for that I think.
