Yes the tach worked when I bought it about 4 years ago. I don't know about the other guages I didn't test them, have no reason to believe it still wouldnt work but selling as it is. It is an 8 cylinder tach. I don't have the harness.

Just curious, did the bezel come from a C50/60? How can you tell its a 80# oil pressure gauge

That bezel is from a larger truck. The gauge will have 80 lb and the part number stamped on the face.
