3 studs go thru the firewall. You need to drill 5 holes. two 1" for the hoses and three 3/8" for the mounting studs. If you position it right one or more of your existing holes may work. Come with paper templates for drilling. No mention of cap pressure in the instructions. Comes with three speed fan switch.
