dam! if that one was close Id buy it tonight!

I have tried to look at the one in Denver, the guy is a major flake, still waiting for him to tell me when he can show the burb to me. It probably is a good deal if someone is wanting to redo everything. I would have to put thousands into it just to get it usable.

Id pay 10k perhaps more, for what i am wanting. but there is just nothing out there that is not across the country or a rust bucket, or 30k

I took a quick look at this one in Denver a few weeks ago. I didn't thoroughly poke around it or crawl under it, but it looks like a pretty good deal for around $2,700.
