Re: GMC short step
I'm glad someone on here got the truck. It was for sale here for about a year, but mostly stock. I tried to tell Barry about the site, but he was pretty much a "know it all". I do have to give him credit for putting the aftermarket gauges in the stock cluster. I don't know what is up with that, as all the gauges worked when I sold it. Same goes for the universal fit aftermarket aluminum radiator. I guess he was reliving his teenage years!

Re: GMC short step
No up dates to report, did find me a grill guard and powder coated it black also found a support bracket for the air cleaner. The truck has been trouble free and I drive it on the weekends.

Re: GMC short step
I regret having to sell it but we needed the $$$ to do a 72 chevy swb stepside. The mileage on the odometer is original to the best of my knowledge. We never did swap the reans fear to get the speedo right after the rear gear change to 3.08.
