Fuel System. In tank or external? Baffling etc..

On my '85 Suburban LS conversion, I used a 25 gallon fuel tank and sender from an '87 fuel injected Suburban along with a fuel pump from an '96 Silverado with a Vortec engine. Seems like a perfect combination for my application. The 25 gallon tank is nice and shallow dimensions wise and still has good capacity.

Couldn't find that on their website. When you say LS fuel module, do you mean stock 5" fuel modules?

You will need to call or email them, they are on the road home from Utah right now and the shop is in New Jersey so give them a day or two to get back in the swing of things.

It looks like they include some relief to dump the exhaust behind the tires, which is nice.

That truck's frame rails must be way wider than my '68 -- the 2002 tank would require a huge notch in the frame to fit, which I'm not about to do:
