Anybody Modifying their tops?

I am thinking about taking the sides out of my top. Biggest reason is my passenger side is broke and it would be cheaper to just take other side off and have a hard bikini top style. Anyone else done something like this?

Thanks for the thread. Has anyone else done that? Seems like he is the only one I've seen. I would love to do mine like that. I just wonder how it would stay supported?
