I used some sponge rubber gasket material from my work, it's 1/2" thick and I had to " shoe horn" it in between the hood skin and the bracing, but it significantly reduced the "Oil Can" vibration/bounce of the sheet metal, and I have a pretty lumpy solid lifter cam in mine.....I'll snap a few pictures once I get home this evening.
