Re: Rare times three!
Got an hour in tonight to finish things up on the comp. I bent a tig wire to fit for about what I needed for a rad hose and took it to Napa auto parts were a friend of mine Nick works. I just set it on the counter and with out a work from me or him he went in back and came out with this hose. It fit perfect! I hope to get the seats mounted this weekend and should have my ART parts for the yellow 70 this next week. I also plan on getting the yellow one up on stands and start the tear down.

Re: Rare times three!
Think hard on that one. If you ever get into a situation where that roll bar is actually used in a roll over situation it becomes a bomb for all the passengers inside.
I learned that when a friend had his front and rear tubular bumpers filled with air for off roading purposes. When he rearended a lady in front of him it sounded like a bomb went off that scared people for a city block It literally shreaded his bumper into shrapnel. I sure wouldn't want a roll bar inside the cab like that....not a good idea. Just something to keep in mind... |
