Re: Best Muffler for a LSX?
Thanks. I went with the 12256. I want to quiet it down a little. I've got electric cutouts for when I want more noise.....

Re: Best Muffler for a LSX?
I actually was wondering if it was possible to use cutouts with an LS conversion... was about to start researching it... you have some info or threads about it?

in relation to being 'different' being an LS swap... you'd just have to place them past the o2 sensors....

Re: Best Muffler for a LSX?
I have cutouts on my setup as well. DT 1-7/8" primaries, to cut-outs, or x-pipe to hooker aerochambers and out behind the wheels. Hookers keep it nice and quiet on the road but still sounds mean as hell when you get on it. Opening the cut-outs makes it a completely different animal though. Insta-smile.
