6 lug rally center cap clip adapter questions

I know there's another thread on this topic but i have other queations. found the adapter clip kit that allows you to put the disc brake style center caps on the truck style rallys. Went to purchase them and found that they only work on the 5 lug version. Anyone out there with the 6 lug rally figure out a clip or adapter? Here's a pic of my wheels that I'm wanting to take back to silver with the beauty ring and disc brake style center cap. Also a pic of what I'm wanting to acheive. Thanks

Here is a link for a video on the Chevy 5 lug rally wheel http://youtu.be/mtyawsVFrgE and a picture of the clips on a 6 lug rally wheel. The clips seem to be the same but can't tell for sure.
