the front cab supports are supported by the original trans x-member that most of us cut out
this supports the cab and all the front sheet metal, if they sag it will mess with your door/fender gaps i suggest putting some support back to the front cab mount brackets the drop out piece in the center is my trans mount 1000 ways to support them, this is how i did it
