Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
My brain is tired, need some help.
So I have installed a radiator from Entropy, their LSX version with dual fans and two speed controller. Original ECM thermostat is in the drivers side of the block, Dakota Digital Temp unit is in the passenger side of the block. The radiator came with another thermostat with absolutely no markings. If I splice the fan controller temperature units wiring into the ECM unit the truck will not start. I have not tried to splice it into the Dakota Digital Temp unit yet. Any ideas of how to make this work? Sorry if I have confused you more than I am already.

Re: Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
Why not let the computer control the fans? Or use a temperature switch in the radiator?

Re: Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
Same as hartrod said ..I've got dual fans and dual relays..each fan has its own relay that are run by the ecm..each fan is set to come on at a different temp

Re: Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
ECM only has 1 fan circuit, I want to use the controller because of the two speed control and staggered start of the fans.
Removed the Dakota Gauge temp sending unit and installed one for the fans. Will use ECM to feed temp to Gauges in Dash.

Re: Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
Why not put the Fan temp sender in the radiator?

Re: Entropy LSX Radiator with dual fans
That's a possibility but with the heat this thing runs I would prefer in to be in the block.
