Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
What are we looking at here? Are there loose chunks of piston in the two middle cylinders? If so, they look pretty symmetrical.
Youre wasting no time man. What's cool is that when you get the mechanicals taken care of, youll have a really nice truck to drive. Interior and exterior already look good. |

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
Yes the picture was pistons .I agree it looked almost intentional the breaks both looked just alike and clean. Thanks for kind words. My goal is just to have a nice looking truck that is clean and dependable. I wanna be able to drive her wherever.

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
That is a good looking truck, not to mention a good looking Jeep in the background. I'm liking that you are carrying the bright green throughout the truck. My Jeep has it's share of bright green.

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
You and me both. My Jeep build is linked to my signature. I am building my Square for a tow rig for the Jeep since it isn't quite street legal anymore.

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
Am I reading this right? Your notches turned out so nice. Why wouldn't you do a propper patch on the firewall?

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
Yes you read it right, and I probably should have went a different route on firewall. But as the title says this is the first time I've tried building anything and I'm learning as I go .

Re: 1982 swb c10 my first build
Got part of summit serpentine stuff installed power steering pulley didn't fit shaft. I have to drill it out. My block hugger headers also didn't work. I ordered a set of patriot mid lengths for a chevelle . I hope they work. Hopefully Friday is the day I crank her up I'm pretty excited.
