Under Truck Wiring

Got any ideas for running wiring under the truck?

Have some wiring for the speaker corners in the cab and am running wiring under the truck..maybe around 250-350MCM in size from a 2nd battery. The thing is, the frame rail on the driver's side already has the factory wiring running down it, and I don't know how close I should get to the catalytic converter.

Also I question if it is a good idea to just drill anywhere all over the frames for screwing in loom clips.

What do you do for wiring ingenuity? Have any pics?
