Drum to Disk brake conversion - hose problem

I'm in the middle of converting my front drum brakes on my '63 to Disk brakes. I'm using the calipers off a '79 c10, and have the ECE conversion hoses. The problem I'm having is that the passenger side hose is leaking terribly. It leaks where the hose connects to the caliper. I also bought 4 new crush washers. One of the crush washers (the one that sits between the caliper and the bolt), is not being crushed all the way, so I'm pretty sure thats the cause of the leak. The problem is I don't know how to resolve this issue. I've tightened the bolt as tight as I can, and I'm afraid any tighter I might snap the bolt. I tried using the old crush washer that I got off the '79 c10 as well but it made no difference. The drivers side is not leaking, though I haven't tried bleeding it yet.

looking the picture of the crush washer show uneven tightening. I would think that either the caliper bolt threads are not concentric or the spot face on the caliper itself is not perpendicular to the hole. try swapping out the bolt from the drivers side first. or go to the auto parts store and get a new bolt. you could try putting 2 washer on it also.

Well, in my rush to get everything back together, I ended up putting the hose on backwards on the caliper side. One side sticks out further than the other, and the side that sticks out further should be contacting the caliper. Not sure how I missed that. So just for anyone who may stumble on this problem in the future, please don't do as I do, and double check how your hose is connected first.

Thanks for the recommendations, I was about to go that route until I realized my stupid error.
