Putting it to work!

Did both the Home Depot and Lowes runs on the weekend for family, so next load is for me. Sold a spare engine, and the guy gave me a nice bonus to deliver it. Moved some things around, got out my hoist, and loaded the LT1 into the truck. Put it on a tire, and strapped it to a pallet for stability.

Looking forward to taking it to work tomorrow before dropping the engine off!

Re: Putting it to work!

Safely back home. Great day, and truck ran well. At first, I had planned to drive across the city on surface streets to avoid the highway. I have never driven the truck on the highway. When it came time to leave, I decided to try it out. It was great! Drove 55-65mph, and the truck had no issues. Made great time, and saved lots of shifting.

I love this thing.
