LMC Rear Mount Tank and EFI

Does anyone have any experience with the LMC rear mount tank with the EFI quick attach fittings? I am looking at using an external fuel pump/ regulator combo, and I am worried that having to have the fuel pump draw fuel up the pick-up tube there might be an issue. Is there a fuel pump that would be best for this application/ will it even work?

Not sure about an inline pump but I'm using the donor trucks in tank pump with no regulator because it's in the truck fuel rails. Anyway, this week i should be able to post a pic. I just had a ring cnc'd and I'm gonna tig it to the tank top so the pump just drops in. But i'm also not needing a lot more than stock flow.

Awesome, I've been thinking about opening a hole up in the top and dropping an in-tank down there but I was reading on the LMC website and they have one listed as an EFI tank. So now im pretty interested.

Picked em up and finished it today. I'm happy with the end product and it cost me a whole $15 for the parts. The only reason why I went with this tank and setup over a boyd's tank was the price and shipping to up here. It would have been around $900 CAD for a boyd's tank a I'm into this one for around $240 I think The only thing is one of the bed rail needs to be cut to clear the pump as this was the best location to put it in my opinion. As you can probably tell I haven't tigged in a while and it shows lol

That's awesome! Do you still have the CAD for the top of the tank?

I have the lmc tank and using the external walbro pump and corvette filter/regulator... no issues yet with 3k miles on it.

I'll post pics tonight if I can, if not then tomorrow. I used all AN fittings, braided steel line then to an aluminium hard line. I think all my fittings were from Russel

Just wondering if you've had any issues with the aluminum hard line. Was thinking of using it but I'm leery of longevity issues. Thanks.
