Well the devil is in the details but Napco conversion or factory rolled out the door you still need to know those little details.

Over the years I have met more than one guy who swore that his Napco conversion was a "factory" 4x4 though and that line of thinking was probably because it was sold new off the dealer's lot that way. Actually until a couple of years ago I had thought that the trucks were drop shipped to the Napco facility for conversion and then shipped on to the dealers from there much as many conversion rigs are done today. I didn't know that the dealers actually got a two wheel drive truck and a kit in a crate to do the swap

77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
