cardboard gas tank cover

Has anybody yet made a good tank cover with the correct bends? .

I've never seen a good write up on this install. I personally mangled the first one I tried to put in and swore that I'd get the next one right and post it here. That one is still in the box. Guess it's up to one of you guys? haha

all the ones are not pre bent that i have found and the suck to install

The last one i bought a few years ago i picked up at the truck shop. It had the marking lines and i used some flat stock on both sides to make the folds. A real PITA.

My 64 Chevy had the original card board cover in it, but it was so mangled and moldy......yeah.....yuck. lol
