66 and 77 frame

I have a 77 c20 Single cab that I am looking to take of to rust repair. I have a buddy that has a 66 frame he is going to cut up. I was thinking about cutting the cab section out of the frame mounting casters to it a viola! A cab stand. So, question is; do they have the same bolt pattern between the two years?

Cheers and thanks in advance!

They do not. The front mounts would prob be ok; the rear mounts won't be the same. You could fab something up fairly easy though for the rears.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Well that would certainly work! If at least the front match that would be easy to make something for the rear holes.
