69 gmc swb kong

Hello my fellow GM brethren, over the years i have retrived more information from this fourm then i can remember and thanks to everyone. I have a 1969 GMC 1500swb that was given to me by my grandfather in 1984.Over the next 20 years it had several sb400s installed replaceing the original 307. In2004 it underwent a miner restore job and set silent for the next 11 years.
In 2015 it recived a full fram off restro.and finaly got the bigblock ive always wanted.
GM zz502,th400 with stall convert. Build turned out great.
One thing that puzzels me,my beloved truck came with leafsprings and my two 69 GMC
part trucks came with coil. All 3 are half ton two wheel drives....What gives????? Thanks again to everyone...keep on truckin and god bless
