I think I would be all over that sight unseen. I can't imagine anything being destroyed enough that it couldn't be fixed. I can't swing it now, somebody will get a fun vehicle.

I stumbled across something similar while looking for parts on a nation-wide craigslist search a few days ago. It's a lot more expensive but in better shape.
