Tips for painting the white in ashtray
I'd like to redo the white lettering for my ashtray handle. Has anyone redid theirs? Tips on how? Please share.

Re: Tips for painting the white in ashtray
It's super easy:
1) Clean very well. Dry. 2) Spray some quality spray paint into a paper cup. 3) use a small paint brush to "flood" the letters with color 4) wet a rag with acetone and wipe excess off surface, leaving color in letters 5) enjoy your results |

Re: Tips for painting the white in ashtray
My daughter used a BBQ skewer for my harmonic balancer and just like oem4me said, spray some paint into a cap or dab onto your finger, apply however you choose, wipe excess off and enjoy. This balancer would have taken me a while had I tried to figure it out myself. Took her about 20 minutes and is one of the best looking parts on the engine!
