New Owner of a 1960 C10

Hello all,

I just stole... uh I mean bought a sweet looking '60 C10 Step, the PO was not mechanically inclined but did get the outside looking awesome (except the wheels/tires)

I have a laundry list of things that I need to do in order to get it right, I have already replaced the pass window regulator, and rewired the gauge cluster and lights.

I have a ton of questions so expect to see a few posts , but only after some thorough google-fu and forum search wizardry.[

Mike

Very Nice!!!
I really like the 60-66's. A working man's pickup. There were never any thoughts of making one into the Cowboy Cadillac's that go down the road today.
Thanks for buying it and keeping it alive!!!
What engine?
What are some of your plans?

It has the 235 I6 with three on the tree.

I just dropped $1200 at POL for a disc brake kit and drop springs/shocks.
Next will be a 350/Muncie swap
Then some cosmetic updates: Dash, carpet/vinyl, mirror(s), etc
