Weatherstrip brand recommendations
Hey, I have a 1986 GMC C1500 that is in need of new window channels and door weatherstrip. I scored some NOS GM cab to door weatherstrip, but need the remaining window channels, felt and vent rubbers. I got a set of low mile vent windows and the rubber appears to be good but I won't know until installed. My question is which brand/company is good or are they all the same? I generally order from rockauto, they seem to carry Goodmark or Fairchild brands. Classic Parts seems to have a nice kit. I also saw a kit from Precision but they seem to be the most expensive. I have searched but a lot of the posts are older and I know a lot of suppliers are offshore now. I am looking for people that have purchased and installed products in the last few years. Any advice or recommendations would be be great, thanks!

Re: Weatherstrip brand recommendations
Precision seems to be the #1 choice and is the best. We have almost completely redone a vent window and have a back glass in with 0 complaints thus far, I got the entire cab kit from GMCPaul for about $250.00

Ditto on what Hunter says, Precision.
