what in all is needed to put 4l60e behind carb.motor,where is the best place to get parts needed,thanks

Probably the least expensive controller is the microsquirt. I use one as my engine controller. I know there are other controllers available.
You'll need a throttle position sensor. I see Holley and Edelbrock both offer TPS for their carbs and can be purchased through Jegs or Summit.
